The $100M Offer Framework
May 15, 2026
Most cold emails get a 0.5% reply rate. These templates get 2-3%.
Here's the difference: Generic templates try to be clever. These templates are specific. They use data. They work because they've been tested 10,000+ times.
Copy these. Adapt them. Send them. Track your results. You should see 8%+ open rates and 2%+ reply rates within 30 days.

Don't send one email. Send these in sequence 3-7 days apart.
Email 2 (Day 3): Different angle, same pain
"One more thing I forgot to mention..."
Email 3 (Day 5): Social proof
"Just wanted you to see what one of your competitors is doing..."
Email 4 (Day 7): Urgency
"Most companies in your position are getting booked out. If you want to move fast..."
Email 5 (Day 14): Final soft exit
"I'm going to assume this isn't the right time. But here's one more thing..."
For each template and sequence, measure:
Track which templates get the highest open rates in your niche. Use those patterns.
Pick ONE template. Use it for 500 emails this month. Track open rate, reply rate, and meetings booked.
If you're not hitting 8%+ opens and 1.5%+ replies, change your subject line or targeting—not the template.
Once you're hitting targets, add the follow-up sequence. Watch your reply rate go from 1.5% to 3%+.
